Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is tucked away in the historical neighborhood, making it so peaceful at night. The rooms are spacious, modern, and overlook the charming streets. However, the tight closet and limited drawer space could be a slight inconvenience. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful and welcoming staff. The location is ideal, just a short stroll from the Waterfront, vibrant shops, and delicious restaurants along King Street. The dining options were delightful, especially the breakfast at Barbo, with its delicious eggs, bacon, and potato cake. The facilities were all well-maintained, making my stay truly comfortable and convenient.
The hotel has clean and well-appointed rooms, although slightly smaller due to the building's age, with a more modern than elegant style. While some amenities were broken upon arrival, the staff refused to provide a rollaway bed. Service is accommodating and friendly despite some waiting time. The location on King Street is convenient for accessing the Waterfront and nearby shops/restaurants. The dining experience offers delicious house-made goodies, but the staff can be perceived as rude. Overall, a good value for money stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern and comfortable but had some issues. They were spacious, warm, spotless, and had a terrace overlooking a courtyard. The service was welcoming and respectful, but there were some unfriendly encounters. The location was excellent with easy access to restaurants and shops. The dining experience was good overall, with excellent choices available. The facilities were decent, although there were a few drawbacks worth noting.
